Are you on Safari? for some reason the plugin isn’t working on Safari. Try Firefox.

Patrick, same is happening here in both Firefox and IE. Wonder if it’s unavailable outside of the US? None of the videos on Spinner.com will play for me and I remember encountering the same problem with the Lavender Diamond video.
