A : NOBODY COULD AFFORD LIGHTBULBS! The Duane/Delaney/Ibold/Reid Dustdevils, if not the band’s classic lineup, certainly the only one with a clip (or two) on the YouTube.

I think we both know that’s not true. However, if rock historians wish to consider my cup of coffee as Mr. Ibold’s caretaker (or rather, “the Darryl Jones of the Dustdevils” as Downbeat Magazine chose to put it) as anything other than a footnote in the band’s storied past, I’m the one who is flattered.

I saw the line with GC…. don’t underestimate yourself Gerard, you guys were amazing!!! Granted that you might not have been the sexiest on stage, you were a perfect fit musically in a sadly unrecorded lineup
