Queens of the Stone Age to play London's Rough Trade East store.

Above - limited edition BLUE version of ...Like Clockwork, only available at your local indie store.

Not wanting to wee wee all over Mike V's NJ announcement yesterday, we are taking the QOTSA instore baton and are extremely excited to tell you that Joshua and the boys will be playing live, for free, fully rock set, at London's Rough Trade East record store on TUESDAY 11TH JUNE.

For more info please head over to ROUGH TRADE to get the skinny on how you can secure your place at this ludicrously intimate and limited capacity event.

And if you haven't heard ...Like Clockwork yet, you can stream it now at iTunes. And whilst you're there, why not preorder your copy.

Catch Queens Of The Stone Age In A New Jersey Record Store

*They definitely won't last very long.

Majical Cloudz announce tour, Take Away Show debuts

The debut LP from Majical Cloudz, Impersonator, is out now and finding its way into the hands and hearts of so many new fans.

Still, the group's in-person power (and especially singer Devon Welsh's uncanny voice and presence) can hardly be replicated - unless you're the talented group at La Blogotheque, who specialize in powerful replication. This is something else, man:

COME - '11:11' Deluxe Double LP / Double CD Reissue In Stores Today

Our 20th anniversary edition of Come's astonishing 1993 debut, '11:11' is in stores today ; I'd love to show you a photo of how awesome the packaging is, but either someone has misplaced the camera in our New York office or they're worried that you'll be blinded by the sheer brilliance of it all. But rest assured, band + associates knocked it out of the park (or, if you deeply dislike inappropriate baseball analogies, they've done appropriate justice to one of the most important album in this label's history).

Over at The Awl, Choire Sicha's interview with Thalia Zedek touches on the band's history, their recent reunion (clips from last week's shows in Germany and Holland are above and below, respectively), the nutty '90's and Thalia's solo work.
