Queens of The Stone Age are bringing their 'The End Is Nero' tour to Europe this November. With both The Chats and Deep Tan in tow the tour will stop in The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, The UK and Ireland

Water From Your Eyes Announce Autumn UK & EU Tour

This autumn, Water From Your Eyes will return to the UK and EU for a run of dates, which include appearances at Pitchfork Festivals in Berlin, Paris, and London, headline dates in Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Margate and Bristol, and the Primavera Weekender in Benidorm. Tickets for the headline shows will go on sale Friday, June 9th, at 10am BST / 11am CEST HERE

The band’s new album and Matador debut, Everyone’s Crushed, has met with effusive and near-universal praise, including top marks from Pitchfork (8.3, Best New Music), The Guardian (**** ‘Album of the Week’), Stereogum (‘Album of the Week’), and Rolling Stone (****). The album was previewed with singles “Barley”, “True Life” and “14”. Both videos for ‘Barley’ and ‘14’ were directed by the band’s Rachel Brown.

Algiers announce rescheduled European tour dates for 2022

Algiers have announced a batch of rescheduled European dates for 2022. The band will play their first live dates in 17 months when their US tour kicks off on September 10th in Kingston, NY, with the newly rearranged EU dates following for May 2022.

Car Seat Headrest Releases Short Film 'I Haven’t Done Shit This Year' in Partnership with Tidal

The title of this short film is a stretch. Car Seat Headrest have had a busy year to say the least (and it's only half over). In addition to releasing Twin Fantasy, the live band has grown by three (Naked Giants), played on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon they have played a slew of tour dates across North America and Europe and have many more on the horizon.

Belle & Sebastian announce new tour dates

Glasgow's favourite sons and daughters Belle & Sebastian make their triumphant return to North America this Summer, playing a number of fabled venues such as Merriweather Post Pavilion and the Hollywood Bowl along a seven date jaunt.

They will be joined on selected dates by an enviable supporting cast - with Spoon, Julien Baker, Andrew Bird and Ex-Hex all having been confirmed.

The band has been recording new material in their native Glasgow, due to be revealed later in 2017 on Matador Records.  In addition to selections from 2015’s Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance and the rest of the their iconic catalogue, Belle & Sebastian fans can expect a taste of new music on this run of dates.

All tickets (except the Raleigh and LA shows) will go on sale this Friday, February 17th.

The wondrous Miss Lucy Dacus will finally be gracing London with her presence next week on Tuesday 6th September at a FREE show at the Old Blue Last. The following day she'll be playing an instore at Sister Ray Ace Hotel on Wednesday 7th, after playing at End of the Road festival this weekend, before heading back to the US for a series of dates, some with a band by the name of Car Seat Headrest who you might have heard of.

You don't have to wait much longer to get your hands on the vinyl version of her debut No Burden as it has been repressed, and will be rereleased on Friday September 9th. Get down to your nearest independent record store, people.

After a victorious weekend playing at Reading and Leeds festival, Savages announce their biggest London show yet at the 02 Academy Brixton on 25th November, and another show at Norwich's Nick Rayns venue on 23rd November, to celebrate an outstanding year following the release of their second album Adore Life in January, which is also nominated for this year's Mercury Prize.

SAVAGES CURATED FESTIVALS: SONIC CITY + LE GUESS WHO?

That's right folks. As if they haven't given you enough already, Savages will also bring to you two undoubtedly phenomenal line-ups for this year's Sonic City Festival and Le Guess Who? Festival.

The first of these, Sonic City, will take place in Kortrijk in Belgium on 12th and 13th of November 2016. Last year saw the festival curated by the Canadian group formerly known as Viet Cong (now Preoccupations) which featured bands such as The Thurston Moore Band, Bo Ningen and Protomartyr, amongst others. Savages will no doubt bring another impressive line-up – which is yet to be announced. Early bird tickets have already sold out. More info below.
Le Guess Who? takes place in the quaint town of Utrecht in the Netherlands during the same weekend 10th - 13th November 2016. Savages are one of four curators for this festival alongside Wilco, Julia Holter and SUUNS. You can see the first announcement of artists in the poster below. More to be announced.
