London: a Jabberwocky update

Following the cancellation of this weekend's Jabberwocky festival at the 11th hour, bands have been rushing to try and secure last minute shows to replace the failed festival.  For Matador artists, this is how the weekend currently looks, though as we've learnt this past week, not all times will be set in stone.

Friday, August 15th

- Iceage @ Apiary Studios, Hackney (w/Helm, Shallow Section). 8pm doors, 10:15 stage time. £10 on the door.

Saturday, August 16th

- Iceage @ The Garage (w/Thee Oh Sees). 7pm doors, 8pm stage time. SOLD OUT.

- Iceage @ The Shaklewell Arms (w/METZ, Kagoule, Clawmarks, Crows, Theo Verney, Skinny Girl, special guests). 10:30pm stage time, free entry... but SOLD OUT (?)

- Kurt Vile & The Violators (w/Nils Frahm) @ Village Underground. Doors 8pm, stage time 11:15pm. SOLD OUT

Monday, August 18th

- Kurt Vile solo (w/special guests) @ Bush Hall. Doors 8pm, stage tbc. Buy tickets here.

 

DARKSIDE were not able to find a suitable venue for the weekend (but still play Bestival in September). For the latest updates keep an eye on jabberwockyfallout.com.
